I’m José Pedro Nunes, CTO at Reach, based in Lisbon. Over the past decade I've worked with startups and scale-ups, mostly helping teams ship consistently while dealing with growth.

I write about mental models and frameworks for engineering and product leadership: balancing strategy with execution, building systems that help teams rather than slow them down, and the trade-offs that come up when scaling. Most of it comes from real situations, things I've tried, adjusted, or learned the hard way. A few of the models are mine, things I noticed enough times that I gave them a name.
