I’m José Pedro Nunes, CTO at Reach, based in Lisbon, Portugal. I've worked with startups and scale-ups over the past decade, mostly helping teams ship consistently while dealing with growth.

I write about mental models and frameworks that have been useful, things like balancing strategy with execution, building systems that actually help rather than slow teams down, and the decisions that come up when scaling.
